Hotel Operator Search & Selection

We inform our clients on the selection of operators that are most suited to each property. During our time within the industry, we have worked with, or have become well informed, about the majority of Hotel Operators in Spain, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.


We have also had opportunities to work with a number of these companies before starting our hotel consultancy. As a result, we have gained valuable and extensive knowledge of markets, such as:


  • Performing methodical selection processes in order to create a shortlist of operators, product and financial requirements (under lease, franchise, management, etc.) which are most appropriate 

  • Guidance through key aspects of the contract negotiation

  • Minimising costs for modifying brand standards or refurbishment work that may be required

  • Support with negotiations of the required CAPEX levels

Market Studies

We assess how viable each project and transaction is, looking at performance within specific markets.


  • Evaluating the financial feasibility of new hotel and tourism developments (hotels, hostels, resorts, glamping, tourist apartments, golf courses, marinas, etc.)

  • Analysing both the acquisition or disposal of hotel assets and projects, or projecting lease estimates

  • Performing complete due diligence processes (financial, management, staff, equipment, regulation compliance, sales & marketing, etc.)

Asset Management Services

We continue to support hotel owners, banks and investment funds throughout the lifetime of their hotel assets, no matter how long or short.  For contract interpretation disputes, we can act as external mediators when needed. We oversee all hotel operators managing the assets to ensure we obtain the greatest possible return and accomplish satisfactory asset value increase for our client:
